Andrea Hendon Busch, Ed.D. is an educational specialist with a doctorate degree in Educational Administration and Supervision. She is a business and management college professor, certified public school teacher, certified public school administrator and a state licensed child care director. Dr. Busch has been an educator for over 30 years. She is an experienced classroom teacher, early childhood designer and administrator, and curriculum designer. Dr. Busch holds a Montessori Preschool and Kindergarten Teaching Credential.
Dr. Busch has a passion for bringing meaningful learning, streamlined systems, for simplifying and helping create balanced lives. She is interested in educational neuroscience and focuses on the key concepts of healthy relationships, meaningful, discovery based learning, and balancing a busy life with joy through creativity, simple crafts, cooking, and slowing down to savor new experiences.
Dr. Busch owned and operated a small successful child care which was dedicated to the early learning philosophies included in Gingerbread Studio. She has studied extensively in the field of early childhood education. She has researched programs and philosophies in the United States, as well as international programs including travel to China to visit preschools and consulting with educators in China. She has developed college business curriculum with a focus on brain-based, and project-based learning for business strategies that students can implement into their own careers.
